At Maitland Junior Football Club, our soccer competitions are designed to cater to players of all ages and skill levels, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to play, compete, and excel.
Whether you’re just starting out or you’re an experienced player, our structured competitions provide the perfect platform to enjoy the game, develop your skills, and compete with passion.
MiniRoos is the perfect introduction to football for our youngest players. This modified version of the game focuses on learning the basics in a fun and engaging way.
With smaller teams, shorter games, and an emphasis on enjoyment, MiniRoos helps kids develop their skills, build confidence, and most importantly, fall in love with the game. Competitions are organised by age groups, ensuring players are matched with peers of similar ability.
As players grow and their skills advance, they move into our Junior Teams competition. Here, the focus shifts towards developing more advanced skills, understanding tactics, and learning the importance of teamwork.
Players compete in structured leagues, with regular training sessions and matches that challenge them to push their limits. Our Junior Teams program is designed to prepare players for more competitive football while still prioritising their love for the game.
For those who have aged out of the junior categories but still want to enjoy competitive football, our Over 18s – 35s competitions offer the perfect opportunity.
Whether you’re looking to stay fit, enjoy the camaraderie of a team, or compete at a higher level, our Over 18s – 35s competitions cater to a wide range of abilities and ambitions. With teams competing in local leagues, these competitions provide a great mix of fun and intensity. Our senior players enjoy regular training sessions, weekend matches, and the chance to continue their football journey well into adulthood.
