Registering with Maitland Junior Football Club is your first step toward becoming part of our football family.
Whether you’re signing up for the first time or returning for another season, we’ve made the registration process simple and straightforward. Below, you’ll find all the information you need to get started, including pricing details and step-by-step instructions.
We are now open for registration for the 2025 season!
Football Australia have mandated that all fees are paid at point of registration. All players will need to upload a photo from 4 to O35 years. This is a new registration platform from Football Australia and previous years registration information has not been carried over.
The new Football Australia registration platform now means when registering as a Coach, Manager, Referee or Volunteer and you are over the age of 18 years you will need to upload not only your photo but your WWCC for me to verify before we can approve registration.
Family fees for the third and subsequent children are available for players in the 5-18years age groups. After registration please send all your children’s names and your bank details to our treasurer at treasurer@maitlandjuniorfc.com.au for reimbursement.
Before you register, please ensure you have obtained your Active Kids Voucher (if applicable).
A registration is complete when the online registration is attended and Fieldsend Oval is attended on one of the following days:
Sunday Feb 2 – 10am to 2pm
Sunday Feb 9 – 10am to 2pm
Thursday Feb 13 – 5pm to 8pm
Sunday Feb 16 – 10am to 2pm
Sunday Feb 23 – 10am to 2pm
Thursday Feb 27 – 5pm to 8pm
Players in a development team do not attend Fieldsend unless wishing to purchase shorts and socks or complete a form to be a referee for the MiniRoos.
Our registration fees for the 2025 season cover a wide range of essential services and benefits. These fees are designed to provide an inclusive and valuable experience for all players.
$232.00 per season
Includes Football Australia Levy, NNSWF Levy, match and training equipment, coaching expenses, and more.
$277.00 per season
Includes all services provided in MiniRoos, with additional focus on team development and competition entry fees.
$317.00 per season
Includes all Junior Team services plus advanced coaching, referee accreditation, and player service awards.
$382.00 per season
Includes comprehensive services including senior competition fees, advanced coaching, and all strapping tape included as needed.
Families with three or more children under 18 years of age playing can take advantage of a reduced registration fee of $100 for the third and subsequent child. This fee can be partially paid using the Active Kids voucher but does not include shorts or socks.
For those who have aged out of the junior categories but still want to enjoy competitive football, our Over 18s – 35s competitions offer the perfect opportunity.
Whether you’re looking to stay fit, enjoy the camaraderie of a team, or compete at a higher level, our Over 18s – 35s competitions cater to a wide range of abilities and ambitions. With teams competing in local leagues, these competitions provide a great mix of fun and intensity. Our senior players enjoy regular training sessions, weekend matches, and the chance to continue their football journey well into adulthood.
Visit the registration portal to fill out the online form. Provide the player’s details, select the appropriate age group, and ensure all information is accurate.
Upon submitting the form, you’ll receive an invoice via email. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All fees must be paid before the season starts to confirm your registration.
Attend Fieldsend Oval on one of the listed days to complete the registration where you will receive confirmation about the season (Players from development teams do not attend Fieldsend Oval). After payment is processed and you have completed your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about the season, including training schedules and kit collection information.

* Zone Football League – Late Registration Fee applies after 3 Rounds = $11.00 per player (incl GST)

Unless otherwise stated, registration covers the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
Registration & Transfer of Players ceases on 30 June 2025.
Players should ensure they are familiar with the insurance benefits available to them through Northern NSW Football’s Sport Accident Insurance policy. NNSWF provides only a basic level of cover for players.

Application for a Refund of Registration Fees applies only to players who have not participated in an Official Fixture match or lodged an insurance claim for the current season.
The Full Registration Fee will be charged per Player when Transferring Clubs from Zone to Zone (fee applied by the Zone player is moving to). Interdistrict Age Competitions & Zone Football League ONLY (MiniRoos exempt)
No Refund claim will be accepted after 30 June 2025.
Players will be required to seek Fee Compensation (if applicable) from their original Club.
Any refund of the Club component fee of a Player Registration is at the Clubs’ discretion.
These Registration Charges have been approved by the Board of Hunter Valley Football Association for the 2025 Season.
