Maitland Junior Football Club pricing

Our registration fees for the 2024 season cover a wide range of essential services and benefits. These fees are designed to provide an inclusive and valuable experience for all players.

 

MiniRoos (Ages 5-7):

$212.00 per season
Includes Football Australia Levy, NNSWF Levy, match and training equipment, coaching expenses, and more.

 

Junior Teams (Ages 8-11):

$257.00 per season
Includes all services provided in MiniRoos, with additional focus on team development and competition entry fees.

 

Youth Teams (Ages 12-18):

$297.00 per season
Includes all Junior Team services plus advanced coaching, referee accreditation, and player service awards.

 

Senior Teams (All Ages):

$362.00 per season
Includes comprehensive services including senior competition fees, advanced coaching, and all strapping tape included as needed.

 

Family Fee:

Families with three or more children under 18 years of age playing can take advantage of a reduced registration fee of $100 for the third and subsequent child. This fee can be partially paid using the Active Kids voucher but does not include shorts or socks.

Over 18s – 35s

For those who have aged out of the junior categories but still want to enjoy competitive football, our Over 18s – 35s competitions offer the perfect opportunity.


Whether you’re looking to stay fit, enjoy the camaraderie of a team, or compete at a higher level, our Over 18s – 35s competitions cater to a wide range of abilities and ambitions. With teams competing in local leagues, these competitions provide a great mix of fun and intensity. Our senior players enjoy regular training sessions, weekend matches, and the chance to continue their football journey well into adulthood.

How to Register

Step 1: Complete the Online Registration Form

Visit the registration portal to fill out the online form. Provide the player’s details, select the appropriate age group, and ensure all information is accurate.

Step 2: Submit Payment

Upon submitting the form, you’ll receive an invoice via email. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All fees must be paid before the season starts to confirm your registration.

Step 3: Confirmation

Attend Fieldsend Oval on one of the listed days to complete the registration where you will receive confirmation about the season (Players from development teams do not attend Fieldsend Oval). After payment is processed and you have completed your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about the season, including training schedules and kit collection information.

Important Information Regarding Registrations

(as mandated in FFA National Regulations introduced from 1/1/07 in compliance with FIFA Statutes)

Unless otherwise stated, registration covers the period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.

Registration & Transfer of Players ceases on 30 June 2024.

Players should ensure they are familiar with the insurance benefits available to them through Northern NSW Football’s Sport Accident Insurance policy. NNSWF provides only a basic level of cover for players.

Application for a Refund of Registration Fees applies only to players who have not participated in an Official Fixture match or lodged an insurance claim for the current season.  

The Full Registration Fee will be charged per Player when Transferring  Clubs from Zone to Zone (fee applied by the Zone player is moving to).  Interdistrict Age Competitions & Zone Football League ONLY (MiniRoos exempt)

No Refund claim will be accepted after 30 June 2024.

Players will be required to seek Fee Compensation (if applicable) from their original Club.

Any refund of the Club component fee of a Player Registration is at the Clubs’ discretion.

These Registration Charges have been approved by the Board of Hunter Valley Football Association for the 2024 Season.

Further to the above registration information from Hunter Valley Football is the following information regarding what the fees charged by Maitland Junior Football Club Inc includes.

  • Ground maintenance and lighting
  • Match and training equipment
  • Coaching expenses
  • Club administration
  • End-of-season awards
  • Insurance for club equipment and office bearers
  • Goalkeeping coach, team nomination fees, and coaching coordinator
  • Player service awards, referee accreditation, and emergency equipment calibration

Important Notes:

  • No weekly game fees are charged; all fees are included in the total cost.
  • Late registration fee applies after three rounds ($11 per player).
  • Refunds are only available under specific conditions; please review the registration terms carefully.
